Born and raised in Waterville, Maine and a graduate of Waterville High School, Tim married his wife Judi (Morgan) in 1984, and moved to Florida where he worked in various fields. While building and operating two small businesses Tim and Judi had the first two of their three children. In 1990 they made the conscious decision to return to their Maine roots to raise a growing family.

 

Tim O’Halloran has been an agent of National Life Insurance Company since 1992 and is insurance licensed in Maine.. While representing National Life, Tim has been a regular President’s Club* and Premier Producer Group* qualifier. Tim is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Equity Services, Inc. and offers securities in Maine.

 

Tim is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Financial Planning Association and the Southern Maine chapter of NAIFA. In 2000, Tim became a CFP® certificant and is currently matriculated with the American College to further his financial education.

 

Tim is a member of the Scarborough Kiwanis Club, and he is also past-president. He recently was admitted as a new member of the Portland Country Club. In his leisure time, Tim enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing and fishing, among other outdoor activities. He and his wife, Judi, reside in Scarborough, Maine and have three children.

Mr. O’Halloran started his insurance career with UNUM in 1980. In 1987 he joined Boothby & Bartlett Company in Waterville and he later became owner and President of the full service multi line independent insurance agency. The agency was sold to TD Bank in 2006, where Dan held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development for TD Bank Insurance Group. Dan joined his brother at National Life in January of 2009.

 

Mr. O’Halloran is a graduate of Colby College and earned a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from the American Institute in 1992. He served as a long time board member of The Maine Independent Insurance Agents Association and served as its President in 2005-2006. Dan is active with many non-profit organizations and has held numerous volunteer positions at Colby College.  He is insurance-licensed in Maine. 

 

In his leisure time, Dan enjoys golfing, boating and triathlons. He and his wife Jane reside in Yarmouth, Maine with their two children

 

 

 

 

Justin Beauregard is new to the Financial Services business as of October 2009. Justin is a Registered Representative of Equity Services, Inc. and offers securities in Maine.  He is also a licensed Life and Health Insurance Producer in Maine.  Justin graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern Maine with a B.S. in Business Management.

 

Justin was born in Burlington, Vermont, but moved to Maine as a young child where his family settled in Falmouth, Maine. Growing up on a golf course, Justin developed a love for golf, an activity he still enjoys today. Along with golf, Justin takes pleasure in many other outdoor activities.

Sr. Administrator

  

Heather started at Blue Point Financial in 2004 as Tim’s assistant. She was promoted to Sr. Administrator in 2007. Her responsibilities include; bookkeeping, compliance, client review preparation, retirement plan day to day operations, and marketing. 

 

Heather came to Blue Point Financial with a Bachelor of Arts, in Art from the University of Southern Maine and has a background in retirement plan recordkeeping and administration. She is also a licensed Life and Health Insurance producer in the State of Maine.

 

Away from the office Heather enjoys spending time with her family, taking landscape photographs, running and reading.

 

 

 

Administrator

 

Morgan has been employed at Blue Point Financial for two years. She manages the day to day office operations with a focus on processing new business and servicing existing clients whenever she is given the opportunity to do so. Morgan is also a licensed Life and Health Insurance Producer in the State of Maine.

 

As a member of the Junior League of Portland, Morgan volunteers much of her free time to combat hunger and homelessness in the Greater Portland community. In addition to volunteering, Morgan enjoys reading, making jewelry and spending time outdoors.
